On the evening of February 9th (the 30th day of the Lunar New Year), at the Provincial Convention Center Square, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province organized a ceremony to welcome the New Year's Eve of Giap Thin 2024.

Among the attendees were notable figures such as Comrade Ngo Chi Cuong, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Kim Ngoc Thai, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Van Han, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Lam Minh Đang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Van Triet, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, along with members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, retired officials, former provincial leaders, representatives of provincial departments and branches, and a large number of residents from Tra Vinh province.

During the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Han delivered a New Year's greeting letter from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tra Vinh province.
Chairman Le Van Han emphasized that the arrival of Giap Thin Spring 2024 marks the halfway point in the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. He expressed the province's unwavering determination to achieve the goals and tasks set for 2024 and the targets outlined by the 11th Provincial Party Congress, striving for Tra Vinh to attain new rural standards by 2025.
Chairman Le Van Han Reading New Year's Greetings for Giap Thin 2024
Celebrating the new spring, newfound faith, and renewed motivation, Chairman Le Van Han called upon all residents and the entire provincial military to continue upholding the motto: Solidarity - Discipline - Action - Creativity - Breakthrough - Development. He urged everyone to join forces to overcome challenges, work hard in labor, production, and business endeavors, and embrace the spirit of thriftiness. He also expressed hopes for the prosperous and joyful development of Tra Vinh.
He concluded by extending warm wishes for joy, health, happiness, and success to all compatriots and comrades.
