The team from Tra Vinh City (yellow and green uniforms) competes against the team from Tra Vinh University (red and green uniforms) in the mixed doubles event.

The 2024 Tra Vinh Provincial Table Tennis Championship, spanning from January 23rd to 25th, 2024, featured 10 competitions across age groups: 31 - 40 years old, 41 - 50 years old, and over 50 years old.

Over 60 athletes from 8 units participated in the tournament: the Department of Industry and Trade, Tra Vinh University, Vietcombank Foreign Trade Joint Stock Bank, Nguyen Coffee, E&C Trading and Services Company, Pham Thai Buong High School, Cau Ngang district, and Tra Vinh city.

Mr. Cao Quoc Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, presented awards to teams competing in the mixed doubles event, aged 41 - 50 years old.

In the tournament's conclusion, the Organizing Committee conferred 10 sets of prizes, including First, Second, and Third prizes. In the 31 - 40 age group, Vietcombank Foreign Trade Joint Stock Commercial Bank impressively clinched the first prize in all four categories: men's doubles, mixed doubles, women's singles, and men's singles. The Department of Industry and Trade secured the first prize in the women's doubles category.

Mr. Trinh Thanh Dat, Director of the Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center, awarded prizes to teams competing in the mixed doubles event, aged 31 - 40 years old.

For the 41 - 50 age group, Tra Vinh city unit seized the first prize in both men's singles and men's doubles, while the Department of Industry and Trade claimed the first prize in the mixed doubles event.

In the over 50 age group, the outstanding Department of Industry and Trade unit earned the first prize in the men's singles category, and the E&C Trading and Services Company triumphed with the first prize in the men's doubles event.
