Industrial parks (outside Dinh An Economic Zone):
There are 03 Industrial Parks including: Long Duc Industrial Park, Cau Quan Industrial Park and Co Chien Industrial Park. Specifically:
- Location: Vinh Yen Hamlet, Long Duc commune, Tra Vinh city, Tra Vinh province
- Planning area: 98,006 hectares.
- Information: The rental land area has been filled to 100%.
Cau Quan Industrial Park had its detailed construction planning approved by the People's Committee of Tra Vinh province in Decision No. 1822/QD-UBND dated September 29, 2009.
- Location: The North borders Provincial Road 915, the East borders Hau River and worker housing, residential areas, the West borders residential land; About 40 km from Can Tho port along the Hau river route, 09 km from Tieu Can district center and 32 km from Tra Vinh city along National Highway 60 in Cau Quan town, Tieu Can district and Ninh Thoi commune, Cau Ke district, Tra Vinh province.
- Scale: 120 hectares.
- Total expected infrastructure investment capital: about 876,462 billion VND:
The Ministry of Planning and Investment is organizing the appraisal of the investment policy proposal dossier to advise and submit to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision.
Co Chien Industrial Park was established by People's Committee of Tra Vinh province in Decision No.653/ QD-UBND dated April 2, 2021 and approved detailed planning according to Decision No.2486/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2013.
- Location: The East borders Vam Lang The, the West borders National Highway 60 (the road leading to Co Chien bridge), the North borders Huong Highway 1, the South borders the residential area of Dai Phuoc Commune, Cang Long district, Tra Vinh province.
- Scale: 199.98 hectares.
- Total infrastructure investment capital: 748.98 billion VND.
Compensation and site clearance work is underway.
Regarding infrastructure: All industrial clusters in the province have electricity supply, water supply, and telecommunications systems directly connected to the general system of the region and district.
