With available potentials and advantages, in order to create the most favorable conditions for investors when coming to Tra Vinh, provincial leaders commit to accompany and create all conditions in the implementation of incentive and support policies for inves-tors. In addition to the Central incentive and support policies, the province also issued many incentive and investment support policies:
(1) Support for compensation and site clearance (for infrastructure investment projects of Economic Zones, Industrial Parks 10%, and Industrial Clusters 20%)
(2) Support for investment in technical infrastructure
(3) Support for investment in production and business in industrial clusters included in the approved planning but not yet invested in infrastructure
(4) Support for investment in processing and preserving agricultural and aquatic products
(5) Support for recruitment and training of workers
(6) Support for investment in socialization of activities in the fields of education - training, vocational training, health, culture, sports, environment, and judicial assessment of Industrial Parks and Industrial Clusters.

At the same time, the province also focuses on prioritizing calling for investment in the following areas: Seafood processing factory; Agricultural product processing factory; development of eco-tourism, community-based tourism, spiritual tourism and sea tourism in association with investment in building a cable car system to connect tourist attractions; development of urban areas; calling for investment in technical infrastructure of the Industrial Parks, Industrial Clusters and projects in Dinh An Economic Zone such as: Technical infrastructure project of Ngu Lac Urban - Service - Industrial Area; bonded warehouse (logistics); non-tariff zones; construction of ports and services of Long Toan port and deep-water port, etc.
2. The investment environment is open, public, transparent, administrative procedures are handled according to the mechanism of "One-stop-shop", "inter-agency one-stop-shop", etc. The selection of Tra Vinh as an investment destination is completely appropriate.
